Need Advice On Tax Sale Tommorow
Hello, We are from pennsylvania and will be attending a tax sale for the first time. We are looking at bidding on some land and i was wondering can people get liens on lots? Going to check county records prior to sale to make sure. Also if it says warranty deed that means there is no liens etc right?

Not versed in PA.. but here in Michigan, all liens are extinguished before sale. The only possible lien that can be attached here are unpaid water bills and tax bills from the current year.
