Multi Family Financing Suggestions
I am looking to invest in a 6+ family property in NYC. I have excellent credit (750+ FICO); Self Employed; NO DEBT; Net after expenses (i.e. mortgage pmt. taxes, maintenance etc. ) $1,800/month. I am looking for highest LTV lender. Any suggestions? Thanks, Nick
