Motion To Quiet Title
I bought someraw land on a tax lien sale in Mojave County, AZ. I have been told that I need to file a motion to quiet title to transfer the name from the previous owner to me. Does anyone know where to get accurate info on this (i.e. websites, books, etc.)

I failed to mention the part about the owner having to pay your attorney fees if the owner redeems after the action is filed to foreclose. My bad.
