Michigan Tax Liens

I have read that Michigan no longer does tax liens. Yet in my local Legal News there are pages of Tax Liens, Release of Liens and Claim of Liens. What are these?

    Hi,

    Just guessing but these may be liens from before they switched over. They may also be personal property liens.

    Call the Treasurer and ask.
