Maryland/virginia Liens
Hi, Has anyone invested in Maryland liens. I was planning to invest a modest $500 to begin with in baltimore city lien this year (5/9/2005). any suggestions/thoughts/tips for a newbie. also i was not able to find enough info about virginia tax liens. any tip would be appreciated. thanks in anticipation. :)

Virginia is a tax deed state, not a tax lien state.
