Los Vegas, Nevada
Hi there, I am going for a convention to Los Vegas, Nevada and I though that I would take an opportunity to check out the tax liens in that State. Since I am really new to this, does anyone have any words of wisdom or words of caution for me? Thank you! hs289@hotmail.com :)

Nevada is not a tax lien state yet (they have a couple small counties that have some small sales). However, good news! NV will be a tax lien state as of 2004. Law determinations are still going on and should be finalized July/August.
Your next best state is Arizona (or tax deeds in CA).
