Life Estate Restrictions On TLC Buy
I am currently attempting to do some long range research on properties that I would consider making a bid on TLC.
On tax collector sites it gives " legal description" (at least partially) as to the physical location and on quite a few I notice the words "life estate". I know what a life estate is, what I am wondering is if and how that would matter if if came down to a tax deed situation in the future? Does the person granted the life estate by previous owner get to stay until he passes or does he have to leave the property when the tax deed is made out?? Thanks.
