please tell me what the "C" stands for in TLC. I am just starting out in the real estate business and i was wondering is there a list of tax leined properties? if so where can i obtain one? any info would be greatly appreciated!! [ Edited by lmcgrath on Date 07/01/2003 ]

Check with your County's Tax Collector Office. More then likely, they will have a list of tax liens you can buy without attending an auction either online or on CD. However, these are normally junk. To pick up anything worthwhile, find out when the next tax lien auction is and do some research online.
