IRS LEIN
The property I am buying has a recorded IRS lein dated 1991.Would this lein still hold weight or has it expired .Their is nothing on the property since then. The owner had tax problems back in the late 80s and never paid IRS. They state that they have not had any contact with IRS since 1992.
Should I be concerned or is it yesterdays news
