I just bought 2 tax liens

I bought 2 tax liens ($2000 & 700). The properties are accessed at $45000 & $30000. The owners have approximiately 60 days to redeem. Then, the state will issue a deed if not redeemed. I think one of the two will not get redeemed.

I'll post how everything turns out.
