How To Aquire Property With Unpaid Taxes
I live in Texas. I would like to buy some vacant lots that are located in a rural area. There are no houses on the lots. The taxes have not been paid in over ten years but the taxes are very low due to the land being unaccesible by a vehicle. The county told me that the land would never be sold at auction due to the little value and since taxes owed are only a couple hundred dollars. Is my only option to track down the owners and try and buy it?
