How Much Fire Damage Is Too Much
There is a house acrost the street from mine, abandon for 2 years with fire damage on the inside, the livingroom is pretty much destroyed with a big hole burnt in the floor and everything, Im wondering how much that might cost..

Sounds like a similar house I am looking at. I can get a deed for 15K, its gonna need 40-50K in repairs from fire damage but I checked the properties in the area and they are all appraising at 130K to 175K. Might not be a bad deal, the only thing that you should consider is finding someone who specializes in fire damage to do the ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***heck your local yellow pages for contractors.
