How Many Are You Researching?

How many properties are you researching prior to the sale? I can see this being my biggest stumbling block. I just bought an ebook course on this and it says you should allow 3 days for research. Is this the norm?

Yes it does take a couple of days or so to fully research a property.

I have been researching for the last 3 weeks for the LA sale. I will not be done until the day of the sale in a week and a half. It does take time, but it can be fun. Think of it like a treasure hunt. It is all worth it when you win one.
I have some really good properties lined up for this upcoming sale. Hopefully they wont get redeemed.

When you do your research. What are the main things that you are looking for?
Also curious what web sites have you found that inables you to find out this information?

    Thank you, Sonja

Noveltech .com may prove to be helpful in researching property tax information. They have links to thousands of state and local government tax sites for your reference, organized by state. They provide the information on a cd-rom for $149.00
