How Do I Educate Myself On Tax Liens, Certs, And Sales?
I was interested in learning more about investing in tax liens but was not sure where to start in regards to understanding the business. My regional scope would be VA, MD, and Eastern NC and ever so often in Metro Atlanta, GA. My idea is to start small and if the investments are good, work my way up. I am just looking for alternative income streas. Is there a good book or course on TCI or that I may get at the library (or Amazon) to help me get a feel of tax liens from A to Z?
I prefer book/course method as I can read it at leisure, no matter my location or proximity to a computer.
