Has Anyone Made Any Money Doing Tax Liens?
Can anyone reply to this message and share his/her experience whether you bought anything worth buying through a tax lien?
So far, what I discovered is that these tax liens are just for succers, but maybe you can prove me wrong. Please share your experience.

my guess that in CA its hard to get anything at auction because your competing with 10,000 people. try a more hick state, and i think you can be successful.

Hey Mike have you visited a lot of the Northern Louisiana tax sales? There are some in the smaller parishes that are not online or automated at all.
