Funding To Purchase Apartment Complex
I am new to realty, but I have high expectations. I am currently looking into purchasing an apartment complex. I currently have bad credit, but I am fixing it. If you have any ideas on how I could obtain funding please share. Thank you, and any info will be greatly appreciated.

fix your credit will be a plus.
1. see if owner will carry the paper for you!
If he will you can refinance later with it under your control. will be eaiser
2. look for a partner
You should concentrate on properties over $1mil as lenders will look to the property more and the borrower less.
Read all you can, learn all you can.
GOOD LUC
Look to use private investors (hard money lenders) if you cannot find funding from seller, or from standard lenders.
You can also try to use a combination fo the above.
