Form Letter For Surrender Of Possession
Does anyone know where I can get a sample form letter to send to the original land owner (before the lien certificate sale) for taking possession of property after the tax lien sale? I am in AL and the code states you can take possession after the lien sale and if possession is not given within 6 months you can file an ejectment action. I need to know what I need to say when I notify that I am taking possession.
Something similar happened to me in Bienville Parish (Louisiana). My money was returned plus interest.

Make them pay for the extension, otherwise boot them. NEXT!!!
Talk to their mortgage broker to get the real scoop.
The liens WERE released by the IRS and the T/B was able to refi and cash me out.
Can you give us some insight as how the liens were released.
