Double Closing
I recently had an offer accepted on a property that after thinking about it, I don't want. Is it possible to put this property back up for sale while I'm in Escrow? And, would I be able to go to the same title company that the current property is being processed through?
Has the property been locked up under contract? Are you selling or buying?If you are buying, was there a subject 2 clause in the agreement? Not sure how to help....yet
Actually, I got out today. The poperty will probably have to go into probate and I was able to use that as an excuse to cancel the transaction
