Do I Form A LLc OrCorp After II Purchase???????
I live in MD., If I buy off the struck off list(Balt City) and have 6 mos till redemption.Do i form a LLc or a Corp now or wait untill the redemption period is over.Because during the redmp.period i can not take possesion of the www.property.I have a meeting with a acct on the 20th to get things started
