DELINQUINT LIST ?
MY QUESTION IS SIMMILAR TO "SHANNON'S". I AM LOOKING FOR A LISTING OF DELINQUINT TAX PROPERTYS. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE DELINQUINT PROPERTY, IF THEY ARE WILLING TO SELL. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET THE PROPERTY FOR ENOUGH TO PAY THE DELINQUINT TAX, GIVE HOME OWNER MONEY, AND STILL HAVE EQUITY IN THE HOME. carl.gooden@sbcglobal.net">carl.gooden@sbcglobal.net
Are you referring to deliquent property taxes? If so, then you can obtain a list from your county courthouse. They hold a tax certificate or tax deed sale of properties that are behind on their taxes. You can ask for a property list for the tax certificate/tax deed auction. If you don't ask, then you'll never know...

THE INFO YOU GAVE ME TANYA WAS HELPFUL, THANKS. I GOT THE LIST FROM THE PLANNING & DEVELOPING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY. THE LIST WAS FOR PROPERTY THE CITY HAS ALLREADY CONFISCATED AND ARE SELLING. I AM LOOKING FOR A LIST OF PROPERTYS THAT ARE BEHIND ON THE TAXES, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN CONFISCATED. IF I COULD FIND A LIST OF PROPERTYS THAT WERE TWO YEARS BEHIND ON TAXES, THAT WOULD BE PERFECT. you can find most of that info online by going the state and counties website (that state you are looking to purchase in)
if you cant get the info you need you should get the right tele numbers of the tax collector or asseror's office
