If you purchase a tax certificate,they should not put it up for sale the following year just because they are backed up. The advice I always give is contact your local court house.They arefull of information and are willing to help.I live in MARYLAND AND ALWAYS CALL THE AGENCY FOR INFORMATION TAKE CARE
