Creating A Lien
This really doesnt pertain to a tax lien but a mechanics lien. I am planning on putting a Lien on a property that i am going to buy so i can get some cash at closing. My question is,
is this something that it easy enough for me to do myself or should i have my attorney draw it up?
Where can i find the lien documents?
I am also going to use this lien for my closing cost as well as the buyers closing and tax conveyance. My broker already called the Lender and they said it would be fine.
any input on this would be great
