Clean Title Possible?
I've read so many postings hoping to get an answer to my problem. Last year, in June, I purchased 2 lots in Northport, FL They were left over from a tax sale "Lands Available for Taxes" ($1200 & $1300) This transaction all took place over the phone & mail. I know this sounds stupid, but I didn't research these properties and of course they both have several liens including Federal and State. So I own "tax deeds" How long is the statute of limitations?" to become free and clear? Can I quiet title these, and how expensive is that and how long does this take? I need help!!!!

1.0 What are the liens and how much are they?
2.) Any title policy you might be able to buy, will exclude these liens.
