Buying Tax Liens
I read about the other family buying in Cook county and I see they are having another scavenger sale in Dec/Jan. I noted that someone said there was an annual sale and the scavenger was the junk left over from that sale. How can I learn more about this process in Lake county and any advise? I am in the process of getting my real estae license to get more knowledgable.
