What county has the shortest redemption period, plus highest interest rate?....that would qualify as best for me.
I think Maryland would be the best, you must foreclose within 2 years, for some you can foreclose after only 60 days.
What counties have the 60 day redemption period? And what is the interest rate for that county?
The 16% Solution by Moskowitz is a good book. It is old and outdated, but the stategy and concepts are the same.
