Just so you know, Virginia is a deed state, not a lien state. So make sure to know the difference between the two processes before you begin!

Thanks Sara!!! Have you had some success here in VA? I believe that WV is a lien certificate state. Have you tried to do anything out there?

No problem! No, I haven't done anything anywhere yet, I am taking my time and trying to really really understand this process before making my first move!
And WV is a lien state
