Which 1099 Form To Issue To A Contractor?

I need to issue several 1099 forms for work completed in 2005. These will be issued to people who have done more than $600 in work for me at my rental properties, but are not business entities, just individuals. There are a ton of 1099-_ forms out there. I just need to know which version to use.
