I am reading a fanice book "THE MILLIONAIRE NEXT DOOR" by Dr Stanley &Dr Danko. The term "Tax Sheltered real estate ???Tax Sheltered Real Estate in mentioned . What is this? Who do we use it as investors ? Real Estate Investment Trusts is there a better way ?
