Should I Have My LLC Taxed As An S Corp

I am going to be getting properties sub to and selling them CFD. Is having my LLC taxed as a S corp a good idea. to save me the self employment tax or not.

    The S-Corp does not eliminate self-employment income taxes completely -- it only mitigates the tax somewhat if you take a reasonable salary.

    Consult your CPA for specific details.
