Hey Gang, I'm looking for an experienced real estate accountant in San Diego. I have been working with a small business accountant who isn't familiar with real estate issues, and who charges me an arm and a leg to do "research." All suggestions would be appreciated. Gratefully, Marlene 8-/

    Yes, I would suggest Michael Boardman at Considine and Considine. Tell him that Bill Exeter referred you. He is extremely quick with real estate tax issues.
