Sch C Vs. Sch E
Hello - If I decide to file a Sch C (Sole Proprietorship) as a landlord, can I still file a Sch E? I have very good documentation of expenses and will be carefull of double inputs. I guess, I'm trying to seperate my time landlording from my time looking and researching my next property. Any input is welcome. Thx.
