REI Attorney In Philly Area?
I have just formed a LLC in PA to begin investing. Main goal right now is to buy, rehab, sell. Does anyone know of a good Real Estate Attorney in the South East PA area. I am located in Pottstown. At this point I need advice on structuring the company, tax implications, and I assume I will need someone flexible when it comes to structuring "the deal". I would appreciate any leads. Thanks
