Real Estate CPA Questions/Answers
I am in need of a new CPA for my real estate investing. I have formed an LLC and need structure and tax assistance.
What I am looking for is a list of Questions to ask a CPA so I know they are knowledgeable in Real Estate and can help me with my LLC. Also, the answers I should be looking for from them might also be helpful.
What is the best way/source to look for a CPA knowledgeable in Real Esate? Maybe a website would help, what to look for in the phone book, or anything you can suggest to help me find the right CPA. I live and do most investing in the Tampa area so I am looking for a local CPA.
