Newbie And Need Help On Capital Improvements
I have just finished rehabbing a house and have a contract from a buyer. My question is i have only had the house for 5 months and I know I have to pay capital gains because I did not look into a 1031. Does anyone know if I can say the repairs to the house is a capital improvement, so I can lesson my captial gains.....
