New Corp - Tax Year
Hello, I am in the process of forming my S. corp and I am contemplating whether I should use a calendar year or a fiscal year. What are the pros and cons to each? T When in the process is this determined? Can I change from calendar year to fiscal year (or vice versa) if I change my mind? Thanks! [addsig]
