Need Help Deciding On LLC In Nevada
Hi,
I need advice quickly since I have to close on a deal within 2 weeks (This deal just came up) and I want to form an LLC. The property is in New Mexico, but I have been advised to incorporate in Nevada. (I understand the benefits for incorporating in Nevada, but now I'm being advised to incorporate in the state where the property is. ) (I live in VA) Also, if I incorporate in Nevada, can I have a business bank account in New Mexico?

You may try posting in the legal forum. For tax purposes, it really doesn't matter where the LLC is formed.
