LLC Manager or Mamber?
I am applying for a single person LLC and have the option of being a Manager or a Member. What are the implications of both from a tax/protection perspective? Is there an advantage or disadvantage assosiated with this decision? Thanks in Advance, Vince in AZ

If you are really a single member LLC, then it seems to me that you must also be the manager. It would appear that your options are limited to "member-managed".
