LLC For Real Estate Agent

I just got my real estate license so I can also sell deals on the side. Should I set up an LLC for this job as an independent contractor? What benefits would I gain, what epxenses would I incur? Thank you in advance.

No, all income to you from an LLC will be subject to self-employment tax. Consider an S-corp.

Some states' licensing laws do permit an agent's setting up and operating his/her business under a corp. entity...but check with your state's licensing agency and see what their rules and your state laws say about it.
