Is This Business Entity Model Correct?
I was told that a rule of thumb for business entities is as follows for tax purposes. Keeper properties - LLC Retail and Wholesale Properities - Corp. Is this the general consensus? What type of Corp is recommended for the retial and wholesale, S corp, etc? What are the tax advantages of the two entities in this scenerio?
