IRS Market Segment Specialization Papers
For those that don't know what this is, it's training manuals the IRS uses to train their field people on how to conduct audits. (IRS MSSP for short)
They have different MSSP's for different industries.
I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a copy of a MSSP (or if there is even one) for rental property activities. I have always been curious as to how an IRS audit is conducted, especially regarding rental property activities. (Knock on wood, I'll never have to find out first hand)
