Ira Substantial Equal Payments
i am currently taking subtantial equal payments out of my ira. before the end of the year the account will be depleted. the last payment will be less than the payment i have been recieving for many months. will i have to pay a 10 percent penalty since the last payment will be different than the past equal payments? thanks

the payments should have been spread over you expected life time. I assume you out-lived the IRS tables. As long as you used the IRS tables in you computations when you started the distributions, you should be ok.
