Converting S-Corp To C-Corp
It has become better for me from a lowering of tax point of view to convert my S-Corp to a C-Corp. Want to do that this year.
Can I do it in the middle of a year and file part year as a Sub-S and part year as a C-Corp?
How do I do it?
