Buy Investments In Company Name Or Personal Names For Tax Reasons?
are there any financial advantages to forming a company just to buy real estate as investments and have them in a business name or is it completely irrelevant tax wise wether the homes are in our personal names (my wife and i)? do we get to pay a lower tax rate with one choice over the other?
