I recently formed a limited liability company ( LLC) in ARIZONA. The LLC has no employees. Does Arizona LLC required to pay annual tax fee?

    Where would you recommend forming a LLC? Delaware and Nevada are the best for multi-state. How much are we talking about in annual taxes if I form there. Do you know if a tax from needs to be filed? I may form the LLC in Colorado. Do you know anything about Colorado?
