WHy would you want to? FInd an employee of one of the title companies that is up at the courthouse all the time. Offer to pay him extra if he can do yours during his break, lunch, etc. Establish a repoir with him/her and let them do what they are best at.

used the advanced search option in the upper right hand of the screen. type in "title search" there is four pages on it. hope this helps
