Where Does A Birdog Find"subject To" Investor/mentors In Atlanta
i am new tohis city and i would like to know where is the best place to find a mentor/inveestor? I have concluded after reading that the assignment fees can vary form deal to deal (7-15%.
I just need to get my 1st deal!
i followed the method tought here on the board and I have leads-no cash or experience.

I cant believe that you have been posting for over 4 years and you have no experience or cash!!! And you have leads but dont know what to do with them. This does not make sense.
