What Is A Corporate Deed?

Good Morning, I am heading out for an appointment tonight. Pulled the reports on the property to find the filing was done with a Corporate deed when purchased on Aug,2001 (In the State of Oregon) Let me present to whole scenario so I can get going on the right foot. The property is a preforeclsoure, court date in November, no payments since March 2004. FMV is $133,935.00 Late Pmts: ($6519.00) (Late charges included) Current Loan Bal: ($124,581.00) Attorney Fees: ?? The home is a 2/1 1401 Sq Feet, built in 1915 How would the guru's out here handle this one? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Debi
