What If The Due-on-sale Clause Is Called In?

Although it is unlikely to happen - How would you other Sub2 Investors handle it if the due-on-sale loan clause was called due by the lender? Looking to see what strategy might be used if it ever happens. Thanks housebyr

    Sell before the Sale date. Refinance in your name or Cut in an Investor for a piece of the action and have him refi it.
