What Do I Do When The House Is Already In A Trust

I am working with an owner that already has their house in a trust. I know ordinarily the process would involve having them create a trust with me as the trustee, then assign all the beneficial interest to me, but what do I do in this scenario?



I think I know what needs to be done, based on looking through contracts concerning trust agreements, but I want to make sure.



I am supposed to get them to sign an Appointment of successor trustee first, then get them to assign the beneficial interest to me.



Then proceed as usual? right?
