Is using a Land Trust the best way to avoid a transfer tax due on a property with a distressed seller who deeds the property over to me in a subjet to deal?

    There are two different trains of thought on this topic: YES and NO...

    There are differing views on if you should use a Land Trust or not!

    Anybody else have an opinion on this?
